Nominated Senator, Johnson Sakaja, has threatened to release a dossier that will show how former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, has been using Government funds meant for CORD Counties to finance his political activities.

In a fast rejoinder after Raila called for the immediate arrest of Devolution Cabinet Secretary, Ms Anne Waiguru, over the disappearance of Sh 665 million at National Youth Service (NYS), Sakaja said that the Government was investigating three Governors from Nyanza allied to him and who have been pumping millions of unaccounted for resources into Raila’s political activities.

Sakaja claimed that Mr Odinga’s attack on Ms Waiguru was borne out fear that the Ministry of Devolution was transforming the slums of Kibera.

“He knows very well that what Waiguru is doing in Kibera through NYS will make him look bad. He can’t imagine the flying toilets are being done away with,” he said

On Saturday, Raila urged President Uhuru Kenyatta to suspend and arrest Waiguru over the disappearance of millions of shillings at NYS.
