Elgeyo Marakwet Senator, Kipchumba Murkomen, has thanked God the Almighty for bringing back former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s memory 7 years down the line.

Speaking at a prayer rally for Deputy President William Ruto and radio journalist, Joshua Arap Sang, in Meru yesterday, Murkomen alleged that Raila was among those who lost their memory after the 2007 post election violence.

This follows Raila Odinga’s confession that Ruto was innocent of all the criminal charges of crimes against humanity he is facing at the International Criminal Court (ICC) allegedly committed during the post election violence.

Murkomen noted that the fact that Raila has admitted that Ruto was innocent and that he did not commit the crime for which he is a being accused of is a clear indication that he has regained his memory which he lost after 2007.

He credited Raila’s memory gain to the ongoing prayer rallies for Ruto which he said are doing wonders.
