The Uhuru Government has accused former Prime Minister Raila Odinga of double speak when it comes to corruption in the country.

Speaking at St. Patrick High School in Iten during a thanks giving and prize giving ceremony for the school’s excellent performance in  2014 KCSE, Jubilee, through Elgeyo Marakwet Senator, Kipchumba Murkomen, decided to lash out at Raila Odinga for perpetrating corruption in Parliament while accusing the State of failing to curb the vice.

He said that mr Raila Odinga should stop issuing contradictory statements on corruption because he is the one abetting corruption through his CORD MPs.

“CORD has been issuing contradictory statements. They are accusing the Government of failing to fight corruption but in real sense they are the ones spreading it through people like Ababu Namwamba,” said Murkomen.

At the same time, Murkomen revealed that plans were in top gear to give Raila Odinga and former Vice President, Kalonzo Muyoka, their retirement packages because that way, they will shut their big mouths completely.

“I have talked with National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale to quickly pass the law so that Raila and Kalonzo can get their pension which will force them to quit politics and stop putting Uhuru/ Ruto under undue pressure,” said Murkomen.
