The accusation and counter accusations between the Government of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto, and civil society organizations regarding the brutal murder of ICC witness Meshack Yebei whose body was discovered early this week without some parts, is far from over.

This is after Jubilee blamed ICC Prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda, and civil rights groups for killing Yebei after shifting allegiance to Deputy President William Ruto.

Addressing journalists yesterday, Jubilee legislators led by National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale, revealed who exactly killed Yebei and demanded for their immediate arrest.

According to Uhuru/ Ruto’s Jubilee, Ken Wafula (the Executive Director at Centre for Human Rights and Democracy), Fatou Bensouda, Maina Kiai ( former Chairman of Kenya Human Rights Commission) and Ndung'u Wainaina (Executive Director at International Centre for Policy and Conflict) are responsible for the death of Meshack Yebei.

Duale revealed that Bensouda and his people started threatening Yebei way back in 2012 and vowed to teach him a lesson for recanting his statement and agreeing to testify in favour of William Ruto.

“OTP and civil society considered Yebei a dangerous witness way back in 2012 and promised to seal his fate permanently and now they have managed to kill him as they promised,” thundered Duale saying he has emails to confirm his allegations.
