MCSK has been under fire with several artistes signed under it expressing unhappiness on how it is carrying out its dealings. The fire has been sparked by speculations that Diamond was to be paid 1.5 million to perform at MCSK awards. Local artistes felt that the music body had undermined them owing to the fact that they were reportedly to get paid 50,000/-.
